Courtney della Cava is based in the Bay Area, CA and is an executive advisor at Blackstone, where she most recently served as a senior managing director and the global head of portfolio talent and organizational performance. In this global operating role, she led the firm¡¯s efforts to accelerate value creation across Blackstone¡¯s portfolio of more than 270 companies by strengthening leadership, organizational effectiveness, and governance. Prior to Blackstone, Courtney spent more than two decades at Bain & Company, where she was a Partner advising leading global companies on strategy, performance transformation, and organizational effectiveness. Courtney holds an MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a BA from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA).
